NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

ARIZONA SPORTS AND TOURISM AUTHORITY’S
FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431, notice is hereby given to the general public that the Arizona Sports and Tourism Authority will hold a meeting open to the public on Monday, January 23, 2012 at 1:00 p.m.. The Members will participate telephonically. Members of the public are invited to listen to these proceedings at the office of the Arizona Sports and Tourism Authority located at 1 Cardinals Drive, Glendale, AZ 85305, in the Board Room.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING AND POSSIBLE EXECUTIVE SESSION
OF THE
ARIZONA SPORTS AND TOURISM AUTHORITY’S
BOARD OF DIRECTOR’S MEETING
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431, notice is hereby given to the general public that the Arizona Sports & Tourism Authority’s Board of Directors will hold a meeting open to the public on Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at 1:00 p.m.. The Board will meet at Arizona Sports & Tourism Authority, 1 Cardinals Drive, Glendale, Arizona 85305 in the AZSTA Board Room.
The Board may vote to go into executive session, which will not be open to the public pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03.3 & 4 regarding legal advice with attorneys of the Authority regarding current litigation.
One or more members may participate telephonically.
